I absolutely love manta rays- they are so majestic and mysterious. I tried to capture whimsical vibes in the water surrounding the silhouette of the ray... apart from mass migrations, these beautiful creatures are often seen solo, surrounded by a seemingly endless void of blue. I’ve seen them in calm waters flecked with sunlight, but took a slightly darker approach here as they are also masters of the deep.
